Joe Pendergraft

Mr. Haskell "Joe" Pendergraft passed from this life on November 1, 2017, at the age of 81. He was born on August 26th, 1936 to D.W. and Tiny Bell (Roberts) Pendergraft in Nocona, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers James and Billy Pendergraft.

He is survived by his sister Glenda Davis of Bowie, Brothers Cecil and Royce Pendergraft of Bowie, niece Becky Brewer and close friend Martha Johnson, as well as numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

Joe was kind-hearted good-natured. He was a "mother-hen" to younger family members. Joe knew how to love, and was deeply loved.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Scott-Morris Funeral Home. Joe's family will receive visitors Thursday night 6:00 - 7:00. Joe's funeral is Friday, November 3, 2017 in the Scott-Morris Funeral Home Chapel, with Donald Cheshier officiating. After the funeral, Joe will be buried in Starkey Cemetery
